Everyone who was coming to the GTG arrived by Thursday evening. Chris was a last minute surprise visitor. Only a few of us knew she was coming. This was the first time long drive in the big diesel pusher motorhome but she did just great. Friday morning she hosted breakfast in her motorhome.....first girl party. She had enough bacon and scrambled eggs for an army. I have a coffee pot so I usually am charged to bring coffee. We had quite a group. Dawn is camphosting in Oklahoma so she drove in and stayed in a nearby motel with her little dog Belle.
Once everyone was up and ready to roll, we headed out to the Frontier Times Museum in Bandera.
They have an eclectic assortment of items on display.....something for everyone.
There were lots of collections of items that had been donated for display.
And there is a very western room.
Can you believe that hair curling machine? It is positively barbaric.
There is also a little stage outside along with tables for a picnic.
Theater anyone?
I think there was also a quick stop at the chikin coop.
