2019-02-19 Another Birthday Celebration

It was a great birthday celebration. My son Steve and daughter-in-law Helen hosted my birthday party at their house. We had it two days early so my grandchildren Cameron and Morgan could be there.

And they invited some long time friends Bob and Loretta.

My Canadian cousin Shirley and her husband Jack were also there.  They also had one other very special guest there.  My son texted my friend Carolyn before she left Braunig Lake and asked her if she could come so she stayed an extra day and surprised me.  It was a great surprise.

They fixed steak for everyone and it was delicious.

In case you were wondering, this is the family birthday hat and plate. You have seen them in previous birthday celebrations.

And this box arrived on my actual birthday.  It is a camping box from Steve and Helen and there will be three more during the year.  Now, whether anyone will ever see me wearing the pants is another question.  My husband thought they would fit my granddaughter but, he was wrong, they fit me because they  s t r e t c h !!!

A birthday I definitely will not forget. Thanks Steve and Helen and thanks everyone for coming.
