We arrived at our destination mid-afternoon. Lubbock RV Park is on the north side of town near the airport.
We found our site reservations taped to the door of the office but the manager quickly came out to greet us.
It's a very nice park. There are a number of longer term residents but the whole park is very neat and well taken care of. Nothing looks junky anywhere.
Sharon was there to greet us. She's the hostess for the flocking.
She already had dinner planned and underway. We were all parked in a row of pull-throughs. It's a very small group but we plan to have fun. One more woman arrives tomorrow.
Sharon came from the west and the rest of us from the east either San Antonio area or Louisiana in Carolyn's case.
Dinner was delicious. The fun has already begun.
Smaller groups can usually be more fun. You get to visit with everyone. Dinner looked wonderful.
