After having coffee with Susan this morning, I headed out to the Lazy L&L RV Park on the Guadelupe River not too far from New Braunfels to attend the Get'away Gals 1st Annual Grand GTG. I just joined this group and can already tell I am going to love it.
Fiesta is the theme for the GTG.
You can see that a lot of effort went into preparations for the GTG. Each new arrival received a colorful bag with all the info for the week plus Fiesta magazines. We also got nametag "bags" to carry keys and money. lol
Pam Sinclair and Anne Corzine are the two "hostess with mostest" organizers of this huge event.
We have a great meeting room with a kitchen and a fireplace at the Lazy L & L as well as most of the park to ourselves.
The hostesses provided a Baked Potato with all the Trimmings and a Salad for all the attendees. We also had strawberries and a fantastic desert bar to top it off. You may recognize Sue and Karen both in green. They were at the Pink Flamingoes GTG just a week or so ago. It was a great evening meeting lots of new gals who also love to RV.
