Friday night we headed to downtown Panama City for the First Friday Fest which, as you have probably already guessed, is held the first Friday night of each month.
We arrived before dark. The downtown area has quite a few restaurants and shops. Some of the shops stayed open late for the "Fest". There were lots of motorcycles and cars to look at as well as booths selling things from food to souvenirs.
The kids enjoyed looking at some of the cars too as they weren't ones they would ordinarily see.
I think this one was part-way through it's renovation. Steve was pointing at a "Yoda" in the window.
Some people "dressed up" for the event. I understand that there are a lot of costumes when the weather gets cooler. These characters must have been very warm.
Mini-coopers look pretty small compared to Steve and this one was very colorful.
Cameron loves bigfoot type trucks so we had to get a comparison photo.
There was lots to see, the kettle corn was great, and everyone had a good time. These local events are great.
