Some of our members have lots of decorations around their RVs.
Giant chairs but I didn't talk anyone into climbing up for a photo opportunity.
Our group were all in nicely spaced out in pull through sites.
A very nice walkway across one of the ponds. A fly-fishing group was taking good advantage to practice their casting.
Close-up of the walkway.
The pool and hot tub are inside this building,
There is a playground and a jumping pillow that the kids had a lot of fun on. Sign was up for activities in the Craft Room.
A tennis court. They also had two dog play areas and a laundry room. They have a number of Rally Rooms.
We gave a local German restaurant a try at lunch and it was very good. There are a number of great places to eat right there in Montgomery.
Afternoon included a tour of the Southern Star Brewery in nearby Conroe. Southern Star is the largest craft brewery in the country according to our tour guide.
Each of the tanks had a name. It was interesting but the line wasn't actually running during the tour so we didn't see any cans being processed.
Some of the group was napping while we toured but we were all ready for the Saturday night potluck. Everybody brings a dish and it always seems to work out that we have enough appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Actually, we always have a ton of food which usually means we eat leftovers the next night. Sorry, no pictures.
