This was the last morning of the rally. nearly everyone showed up for coffee which isn't always true because some of us are night owls and not morning sunrise women. It all works out. The fire pit got lit because it was cool.
We concentrate more on "when will I see you again" than "goodbye".
Pattie and Leda showed up expecting a cold firepit so they could pack it up to take home. Oops! No problem, they just had a cup of coffee and those firepits cool down real quick. I was ready to go when they were ready to go.
Elaine, Teri, and Karen did a great job putting this rally together and hosting it. I had planned to stay another day but my husband's eye surgery was moved up to tomorrow so I am ready to roll out today. It doesn't take me long to pack up and hook up. Several others including Teri, Elaine, and Charlene were staying several more days before moving to a Lake Sommerville COE. Kathy was heading to different COE at Granger Lake. Others besides me were heading home. But most of us will be joining another large group of women friends at our November rally in Glenrose.
